The reference vanilla. The uniformly coloured pods must be either black or dark brown for "premium" vanilla. Oily and supple pods. Our vanilla is prepared and cured in collaboration with our Madagascan partner which has its own plantation but which also buys pods from other producers in the Sambava region. Use: any type of dessert, hot dishes, and maceration. A typical vanilla flavour with delicate and subtle chocolate note.
